Attendees who select to pay via wire transfer will receive an invoice with payment instructions within two business days of completing the registration. Attendees are responsible for covering all bank fees in addition to the registration fees. Payments made via Bank Transfer are non-refundable and cannot be processed after May 15, 2026.

  • NOTE: A student is classified as a person who is actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Proof of unemployment or retired status is required to register at a reduced rate.

Author Registration Policy

An accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings only if the following two conditions are met:

  • The full relevant registration payment for one of the paper’s authors is received and correctly processed by May 15, 2026 This policy is applicable for all accepted papers including but not limited to technical papers and Late News. 
  • The author presents the paper in person at the conference venue.
     

Not meeting either of the above two requirements result in the paper to be flagged as “no show” and removed from publishing in the conference proceedings.

At least one author must be registered for all accepted papers. One registration covers one person and one paper. 

Invitation Letters

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please contact Conference Management by email Hzehner@conferencecatalysts.com

In your email, provide the following information: complete name, mailing address, and any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the EMC 2026. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.

Please note that attendees who receive an Invitation letter can not transfer or refund their registration.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by May 15, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of $150 USD deducted from each refund requested by the deadline. Refunds can not be processed after May 15, 2026.

You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.

A paid registration can be transferred to another member of the same company up until June 1, 2026. To transfer a registration, please contact Hannah Zehner at Hzehner@conferencecatalysts.com. Please note that onsite, only the individual listed on the name badge can use the privileges provided by the paid fee.
